Queenscards.com was found, developed and currently maintained by several Cooper Union alumni. We are based out of Rego Park, Queens, a borough of New York City. Any questions can be directed to support@queenscards.com.

Payments
Mastercard and Visa credit card orders are processed using the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your internet transaction.
At this time, we do not accept money orders, personal checks or Paypal.

Shipping
Orders placed after 7 AM EST will ship on the following business day.

All domestic orders are delivered through United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority delivery at a fixed cost of $3.85. All international orders are delivered at a fixed cost of $6.00 through USPS Global delivery or Air Mail, at our discretion.
Shipping costs are fixed regardless of quantity of items ordered. Queenscards.com will absorb all costs if actual shipping is more than the fixed cost.

Single cards are packaged in top loaders or single screw down holders of appropriate thicknesses. Multiple card lots may be packaged in appropriately sized hinged plastic boxes.

Return Policy
If your order does not meet your expectations, contact us at support@queenscards.com. We will instruct you to return the item(s) to us within 10 business days for an exchange or refund. All returned products must be accompanied by its original packaging.
